Admin

The Admin has full authority over the platform’s configuration, governance, and user management.

• System Configuration: Manages the entire Notyfire instance configuration (including integrations settings).

• User Governance: Oversees the user database, with the ability to manually add users, edit roles, or perform bulk Imports via CSV files.

• Global Subscriptions: Configures Global Subscriptions for whole company. Admin creates Profile attributes and defines Profles used in Global Subscriptions. Profile attributes are accessible to choose under Account settings by each user.

• Temporary Announcements: Manage global messages should be display for all users.

  • Master Announcement: Impossible to miss message visible on the top of Announcements view. Doesn't trigger any notifications. Designed to remind of something important, displaying for short period of time - hours or days (manually switched on and off).

• Analytics: Monitors high-level system usage through the Overview dashboard.
