Publisher

The Publisher role is responsible for maintaining organisational transparency through active communication.

• Announcement Creation: Authorised to create and manage system-wide announcements.

• Standardisation: Utilises Announcement templates (e.g., for Incidents or Maintenance windows) to ensure that communications are consistent and professional.

• Event Coordination: Specifies event dates, status, and related systems (Applications, Tools, or Services) when publishing new announcements. Publisher is responsible for preventing that events in the future do not overlap (Calendar view is helpful here).
